1. Using Lovbit

These terms govern your use of Lovbit, the dating service available through this website. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how account and service information is handled. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use member features.

2. Adults and genuine accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use a dating service where you are. Provide an accurate age and a genuine profile representing you. Do not impersonate someone, create fraudulent accounts, share account access, or use another person’s photos without permission. Keep sign-in codes private and use sign-in help if you lose access. Lovbit does not promise that a member’s identity, age, background, or intentions have been independently verified.

3. Respect, consent, and acceptable use

Respect other people’s choices and boundaries. A match or message never implies consent to sexual activity, further contact, or sharing someone’s information. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, stalk, exploit, scam, or coerce anyone. Do not post sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, illegal content, or material infringing another person’s rights. Do not use Lovbit for spam, commercial solicitation, scraping, automated manipulation, circumventing blocks, or compromising the service. See our Community Guidelines.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in the photos, profile text, prompts, and messages you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share them. You give Lovbit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, host, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate the service, deliver messages, show your profile according to service settings, and handle safety and support matters. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use. Content may remain while a deletion request is processed or where limited retention is necessary for safety, legal obligations, or resolving disputes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Discovery, matches, and messages

You choose the details you publish and your discovery preferences. A mutual like can create a match; messaging requires an active mutual match and eligible accounts. You can unmatch, block, and report another member. Unmatching or blocking does not erase copies someone has already seen or saved. Uploaded profile photos use public URLs accessible to anyone who has the link, including before publication or after discovery is paused.

6. Free service, optional Plus and availability

Lovbit includes 50 shared swipes and five rewinds per day, one daily Super Like and one weekly Spotlight. Likes, Passes and Super Likes share the swipe allowance. Messaging your matches, seeing who liked you, global discovery and safety tools stay free. Eligible completed rewarded ads may unlock five more swipes, up to five completed ads per day, when an approved provider is available; unavailable or unfinished ads grant nothing. Allowances reset on the UTC calendar times shown in the app.

Optional Lovbit Plus provides unlimited swipes and rewinds, an ad-free experience and five additional daily Super Likes. It does not increase Spotlight or bypass eligibility and safety requirements. Where offered, Stripe displays the price, billing period and total before you confirm payment. A subscription renews automatically at the disclosed interval until you cancel future renewal through Manage subscription. Cancellation at the end of the billing period retains benefits until that period expires. Request billing help or a refund review through support; any statutory cancellation or refund rights continue to apply. Do not purchase a second subscription to resolve a pending payment.

Features can change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular match, a relationship or another member’s behavior. Material paid-plan changes will be disclosed before taking effect as required by applicable law.

7. Safety, moderation, and appeals

Use the in-product report and block tools for concerning behavior. Authorized moderators can review reports, relevant service records, and support requests, remove or restrict content, and suspend accounts for suspected violations or safety risks. You can appeal through support, including while suspended. Explain the decision you are appealing and relevant context. Review does not guarantee reinstatement. Lovbit is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee anyone’s safety; for immediate danger contact local emergency services.

8. Leaving Lovbit

You can pause discovery or request account deletion in Settings. A deletion request hides your account and disables discovery and messaging while it is reviewed; submitting it does not immediately erase all data. You may cancel an open request in Settings. The Privacy Policy explains retention limits. Contact support if you need help with an account or privacy request.

9. Responsibility and your rights

You are responsible for your conduct and for deciding what to share and whom to meet. Take care with money requests, private details, and meetings outside the service. These terms do not limit rights, remedies, or protections that applicable law does not allow to be limited. Lovbit does not exclude responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

10. Changes and contact

We will date updates on this page and present material changes that require your agreement before relying on that agreement. The version accepted at registration is recorded with your account. For questions, complaints, appeals, or requests about these terms, use Contact Lovbit.
